Hawaiian Meatloaf Recipe!

    Hawaiian Meatloaf!

    For Meatloaf

    • 1 ½ Pounds Lean Ground Beef
    • ½ Pound Ground Chicken
    • 1 ½ Cups Toasted Bread Crumbs
    • 1 Can Drained Crushed Pineapple 8oz
    • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
    • ½ Cup Cup Chopped Celery
    • 2 Eggs
    • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream or Milk
    • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
    • 2 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
    • Salt & Pepper To Taste

    For Sauce

    • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
    • Juice From 1 Medium Orange
    • ½ Cup Mirin
    • ½ Cup Water
    • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
    • 1 ½ Teaspoon Minced Ginger


    For Meatloaf

    • Preheat oven to 350F.
    • Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients and mix it together.
    • Press this mixture into a loaf pan.
    • Bake for 50 minutes.
    • Pour 1/4 cup of sauce over the meatloaf and cook for an aditional 5 minutes.
    • Remove, serve, and enjoy! Have extra sauce on the side for dipping!

    For Sauce

    • Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and mix!
