Avocado Corn Salad

A creamy, crunchy, and slightly spicy avocado salad perfect for summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Strips Bacon Cooked and Diced
  • 4 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Jalapenos Seeded and Diced
  • 2 Large Avocados Diced
  • Handful of Cilantro Chopped
  • 3 Cups Corn Fresh or Frozen
  • ¼ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Dice you crispy bacon, avocados, onions, and cilantro.
  • Place all of your ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Serve and enjoy!
